I’ve been proud to build my career with Alconex since 2018, starting out as a Project and Streetworks Coordinator and steadily growing through new opportunities and challenges. From coordinating projects to leading business development in the Yorkshire region and most recently, leading the regional residential teams across the country, each role has given me the chance to learn, contribute, and work with a fantastic team.

With seven years of growth at Alconex, I’m eager to put my experience into creating lasting client relationships, delivering real value, and supporting the company’s future.

I joined Alconex in early 2022 as a CAD Technician and quickly progressed to Design Technician after my CAD skills were recognised by the Technical Director. With over two years of training and mentorship, I was given the opportunity to step into my current role as design team leader.

Today I coordinate and guide our design team with efficiency, accuracy and collaboration at the core. I’m proud to be part of a company that invests in its people, creating an environment where we can grow our careers while helping Alconex strengthen its position as a leading ICP.

I have worked at Alconex for 7 years now. I began as a Trainee Project Manager, and since then have been given many opportunities to work in different roles before my current role as Yorkshire Project Manager.

Alconex have supported my development throughout the years, through putting me on courses that best suit my progression and putting me into different roles as and when they seemed fit. I look forward to working here for many years to come.
